Your Elder Experts is a team of experienced Aging Life Care Managers, most of whom are licensed independent clinical social workers (LICSWs) and master’s level clinicians, including social work, counseling, and occupational therapy.
Our staff has a wealth of expertise from previous positions at major teaching hospitals, rehabilitation centers, area Agencies on Aging, nursing homes, and work-life consulting. We are also closely connected to a wide-ranging network of social services organizations and providers of services for older adults. In addition to our care managers’ deep expertise on aging, we also have care managers with specialized knowledge of Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
