Aging Life Care Manager®, Your Elder Experts
BS & DPT - Northeastern University

With more than 15 years of experience working with older adults, Jessica has built her career around helping people maintain their independence, function, and quality of life. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University, with a minor in Psychology, and brings experience in wellness, senior living, and care management. Her physical therapy background gives her a strong understanding of the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social factors that can influence well-being as we age. Jessica is a nationally certified Care Manager (CMC) and a member of both the national and New England chapters of the Aging Life Care Association.
Drawn to care management by the opportunity to support the whole person, Jessica takes the time to listen, understand concerns, and learn what matters most to each client and family. She is known for being compassionate and practical, helping families make sense of complex situations, identify realistic next steps, and feel less overwhelmed. Building trust is central to her approach, and she strives to be a calm, dependable advocate and resource for the families she works with.
Jessica’s close relationship with her grandmother gave her an early appreciation for the importance of dignity, independence, and having someone in your corner as you age. That personal connection continues to shape the way she approaches her work and the relationships she builds with clients and families.
What I Wish Families Knew"I wish more families knew that asking for help does not mean giving up independence. The right support can actually help an older adult remain independent and safely engaged in the things that matter to them for as long as possible."
