Care Manager, Your Elder Experts
Patti received her MSW from Salem State University with a concentration in Older Adults and End of Life Care. Working with elders and advocating for their increased well-being and enhanced quality of life has been the focus of her work. Patti has co-facilitated a bereavement support group for young widows and presented a talk on “Communicating Bad News.” Patti previously worked in skilled nursing facilities, Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley, and for several hospice organizations. She is a member of NASW, as well as both the national and New England chapters of the Aging Life Care Association.
