Susan began her career with Your Elder Experts since 2005 after working in a variety of medical settings. Susan’s compassion and patience help her manage frail clients with empathy and skill. She is a strong advocate for her clients and their families in times of crisis. Susan is a nationally certified care manager (C-ASWCM) and is a member of NASW and both the national and New England chapters of the Aging Life Care Association.
