Jennifer brings many years of experience working with older adults across a variety of settings, including Adult Day Health Care, Visiting Nurse Associations (VNAs), Adult Protective Services, and Senior Care Options programs. Jennifer is patient, compassionate and a strong advocate helping older adults and their families navigate the complexities of our healthcare system and aging resource networks. She is committed to supporting individuals in reaching their goals and living their best lives.
