Jennifer Olwell, MSW

Jennifer Olwell has been working with older adults and their families since 1999, following her graduate studies in social work and gerontology. Inspired by a close relationship with her grandmother and a lifelong appreciation for older generations, Jennifer built her career around supporting older adults through the aging journey. She brings extensive experience across a variety of settings, including Adult Day Health Care, Visiting Nurse Associations (VNAs), Adult Protective Services, and Senior Care Options programs.

Known for being calm, resourceful, responsive, and kind, Jennifer is a compassionate listener and dedicated advocate. She values the opportunity to hear each person's unique story and enjoys helping older adults and families navigate challenges with confidence and dignity.

One of the aspects of this work she finds most rewarding is the privilege of being welcomed into the lives of older adults and learning from their lived experiences. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, reading, and making memories with her husband and two children.
