Nathaly Lopera, B.A., Healthcare Administration

Nathaly brings almost 10 years of experience working with older adults and their families, with a focus on enhancing quality of life, promoting healthy aging, and supporting caregivers. Having grown up in a multigenerational Hispanic household, she developed an early appreciation for the wisdom, dignity, and value of older adults. That experience continues to inspire her commitment to helping clients age safely, meaningfully, and in the setting that best meets their needs.

Calm, patient, and reassuring, Nathaly has a natural ability to build trusting relationships with both older adults and their families, particularly during difficult or emotional situations. She works to ensure that everyone feels heard, supported, and included. Her experience includes work with a comprehensive aging-in-place agency as well as a Boston-based memory clinic.

Nathaly holds a B.A. in Healthcare Administration, is certified in the Alzheimer’s Association Habilitation Program, and is fluent in Spanish.
